Here's our story...

Dylan and Marissa purchased Beach House Alaska in May 2019. They live in Seward year-round with their kids Jude, Tula and Jasper and dogs Pilot and Mackey.

Dylan is a lifelong Seward resident. A true jack of all trades— he's worked as a chef, a sport-fishing guide, an able seaman on various boats, carpenter and welder. He is currently a welder for Catalyst Marine Engineering. In is off time he enjoys fishing, hiking, backcountry snowboarding and surfing. If you have questions about any of these activities, Dylan is your guy!

Marissa grew up between Eagle River and Anchorage. She fell in love with Seward as a young girl when she spent weekends with her dad on their 24 ft sailboat in Resurrection Bay. Marissa is an Artist— her work can be found at Resurrect ArtGallery/Coffee House, The Cookery and on her website marissaamor.com. She is also a recently certified birth educator and Doula.
